The Twin Disc HD Street Kit, designated as T1S-F01, is a high-performance clutch system engineered to meet the demands of high horsepower street or race applications. With a product weight of 44.3 lbs. and a torque capacity of 891 ft/lbs., this kit offers exceptional strength and durability, boasting a torque capacity increase of 160% over the stock clutch. Featuring an organic disc material and a clutch disc diameter of 10.5 inches (267 millimeters), it ensures reliable performance under demanding conditions.

The T1S-F01 twin disc kit doubles the number of disc surfaces compared to single-disc kits, resulting in improved wear resistance, heat dissipation, and extended longevity. It utilizes a proprietary Positive Lift Floater System design, ensuring quiet operation without any floater rattle or wear on posts. Additionally, all diaphragms undergo an exclusive four-stage heat-treating process for enhanced durability.

Premium organic materials with high copper content ensure efficient heat transfer, while steel-backed linings provide superior burst strength and durability. The chrome-moly hub is heat-treated for added strength and durability, while rivet design and materials are carefully selected for maximum strength.

The kit includes a CNC-machined and dynamically balanced flywheel to ensure trouble-free installation and operation. Components such as the pressure plate, two discs, floater, flywheel, and alignment tool are included, with some kits optionally containing a pilot bearing and release bearing.
